The UDP-N-acetylglucosamine transferase complex comprises the Alg7 and Alg13 glycosyltransferases plus the Alg14 anchoring subunit. It catalyzes the first two steps of the N-Linked glycosylation pathway by forming a dolichol-linked oligosaccharide in the endoplasmic reticulum. (Adapted from PMID:19129246.)
