Treatment of Mitofilin with Tcas\Pink1 induced Mitofilin oligomerization.

Mitofilin oligomers are not detected in a Pink1 mutant background. Mitofilin oligomerization is restored in a Pink1 mutant background by overexpression of Mitofilin. Mitofilin oligomers migrate as tetramers.
