    polyA sites inferred from transcript annotations in Table S1 (filename: nar-01439-met-k-2016-File008.txt): i.e., the three-prime end of transcripts was taken as the polyA site. Coordinates were given according to Release5 of the D. melanogaster annotation; these were lifted over to the current Release6 assembly for FlyBase incorporation.
