Dear Rachel,
thank you for your mail. The information regarding γTub37C1 is the
following:
we identified a base pair substitution (G to A) in position 1027 of the
CDS, from the ATG. This produces an amino acid substitution from W to STOP
in position 352. The truncated protein lacks the last 105 C-terminal
amino acids, and we think it is very likely to be rapidly degraded.
