Regarding definition at the molecular level of the Cnn rescue construct
described in Li et al. J. Cell Biology paper, the distal end of the phage
insert is located at approximately base 82238 of the BDGP 2R 50A1-50B1
sequence file and the proximal end is defined as the Sal I restriction site
at base 100,005 of the same file. The BDGP 2R 50A1-50B1 sequence file has
accession numbers AC007452, AC005052, AC006488, AC005986 and NID number
g4731053.
