I have a question from the Gaszner et. al. 1999 Genes and Dev.
paper. I'd like to check on the molecular changes associated with the
dwg[90] allele. In Figure 3, the first change is reported as S104P
while in the text it is reported as S100P. Both of those amino acid
changes would require two nucleotide substitutions (from AGC to CCN). I
noticed that the Ser at 99 requires only a single base change to get to
Pro (TCC to CCC). Can you please tell me which is correct.
The second change is reported as H436Y in the text and H438T in the
figure. Can you confirm that the change is H438Y.

In reference to dwg[90] (Gazner et al 1999 G&D), you are correct.  It
should be S99P and H438Y.
