Gene CG17975 has incorrect exon/intron structure.
Comments: We call this gene sut2, (it belong to the sut1,2 and 3 complex) and
we have sequenced the corresponding EST (GH25507) and the sequence differ from
your predicted sequence.
1. one exon is spliced differently, compare to our sequence AF199484
2. we have predicted that the transcription start upstreams of yours, since
this gives high homology to sut1 and sut3 in this part of the gene.
