I have new supporting evidence or functional assignment for gene  BcDNA:LD23336 
= CG7061.
Comments: The  BcDNA:LD23336  cDNA isolated by Rubin et al, 1999 (AF145682;
AAD38657.1), corresponds to a probable third isoform not annotated in
AE003634.
Two isoforms are currently annotated, AAF53156.1 and AAF53157.1,
and translation of sequence reveals the DNA is present to
translate the third isoform (I did not work out coordinates, sorry)
that matches 100% with the cDNA.
