The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Stock Center by Wayne Johnson, University of Iowa (6/00).
The l(3)65AEaN85 mutation was isolated in the EMS mutagenesis screen for lethals failing to complement Df(3L)W5.4 described in Anderson et al. 1995, Genes Dev. 9(1):123--137 (FBrf0079852). It complemented all other lethals identified in the screen.
