Gene annotation error
Gene CG10261 has incorrect exon/intron structure.
Comments: We have sequenced EST clone HL05754 and 3' RACE products of
embryonic mRNA.
Our sequence shows that two exon-intron boundaries are not correctly annotated:
The 5' boundary of exon 2 is at position 190401 (and not 190477)
The 3' boundary of exon 9 is at position 205765 (and not 205720)
Numbering corresponds to genomic scaffold 142000013386047
The altered 3' boundary of exon 9 changes the C-terminus of the predicted gene
product.
