Flybase has gene records for both Cdk5alpha (CG5387 above) and p35-31C, which
is the regulatory subunit of cdk5. By BLASTN, these are the same, with over
99% identity.
I would suggest that p35-31C links Cdk5alpha, assuming that you agree these
genes are the same.
