Dear Gillian,
This is one we made ourselves quite some time ago. It is Chris Callahan and
John Thomas's tau-lacZ (which they provided in pBluescript) subcloned into
Andrea Brand's pUAST. It is probably identical (except maybe restriction
sites) to the construct others are using.
