Subject: FlyBase query: turtle Hi Kendal, I am curating your paper: Bodily et al., J. Neurosci. 21(9):3113--3125 which is about the 'turtle' mutation (great name by the way \!!) At the beginning of the Results you say that turtle corresponds to three CGs, but there has been a typo, so that CG15427 is written twice (it says 'CG15426, CG15427, and CG15427'). I reckon that you meant: CG15426, CG15427, and CG15428, but I'd be grateful if you could confirm this so I can merge the 3 genes in with turtle (I know you gave the clot numbers in the methods, but unfortunately they change over time, so I don't want to use them for any merging), thanks, Gillian \-------------------------------------------------------------- Gillian Millburn. Yes, the last one should read CG15428. Also, since publication I noticed that CG15426 has been renamed l(2)01085 on the Berkely site. Kendal
