Subject: Revised cytology of Df(2R)vg135
Polytene squashes of the deficient inversion Df(2R)vg135 showed that 49B7,
49E1,2 and all the bands between are deleted, while 49B1,2 and 49F1,2 are
still present. The inversion breakpoint falls between 47F16 and
47F18. Therefore, the cytology of the aberration is 49B2-7;49E2-F1;47F16-18.
