The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Henry Chang, Yale University (6/03).
1. P{UAS-EGFP-Clc} insertions
P{UAS-EGFP-Clc}3 and P{UAS-EGFP-Clc}4 are homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertions.
P{UAS-EGFP-Clc}5 is a third chromosome insertion.
2. P{GMR-myr.GFP} insertions
P{GMR-myr.GFP}2R is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on 2R distal to 42D.
P{GMR-myr.GFP}2L is an insertion on 2L distal to 40A.
P{GMR-myr.GFP}3R is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on 3R distal to 82B.
3. P{GMR-auxillin.C}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertion.
4. P{GMR-shiK39A} insertions
P{GMR-shiK39A}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
P{GMR-shiK39A}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
5. P{boss<up> T:Arus \HRP</up>} insertions
P{boss<up> T:Arus \HRP</up>}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertion.

6. P{UAS-myr-mRFP} construct
In this construct, monomeric RFP with a myristoylation signal is expressed under the control of UAS. The myristoylation signal is the first 90 amino acids of Src64B.
7. P{UAS-myr-mRFP} insertions
P{UAS-myr-mRFP}1 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-myr-mRFP}2 is a third chromosome insertion.
8. P{GMR-myr-mRFP} construct
