The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Thom Kaufman, Indiana University (12/03).
P{Hsp70-Ama} contains an Amalgam cDNA driven by the Hsp70 promoter. It was constructed in a pP{CaSpeR} vector.
P{Hsp70-Ama}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertion.
