Rbfcas-21 is an EMS-induced mutation that makes a truncated protein of 102
aa. Rbfsls-15 is an 11 nucleotide X ray-induced deletion which results in
the addition of 14 novel amino acids after amino acid 519 (total protein
length of 533 aa).
