Please can you create a new FBal for Dari\w1 (white gene)?
This mutation arose in an isofemale line that was collected from
Peralta Canyon
in the Superstition Mountains of Arizona. (Sergio Castrezana, 04/1997)
This white-eyed mutant was found and donated by Brook L'Flamme
(05/2005).
These flies have white eyes, but no additional pigmentation phenotype.
The trait is X-linked recessive.
There is also low fecundity in the phenotypic flies.
Please can you create a new FBal for Drep\cd1 (cardinal gene)?
This mutation arose spontaneously in an isofemale line that was
collected from a Pulque bar
near Cholula Pyramid (Puebla, Mexico) in 2002 by Sergio Castrezana.
This mutation was identified by Sergio Catrezana and donated to our
collection on 3/10/2003.
The flies have bright red eyes, but no additional pigmentation
phenotype.
The trait is recessive.
