Subject: P{A92}LG51 and P{A92}rhoBB02
The following information was provided to the Bloomington Stock
Center by Barbara Thomas, NIH, and John Merriam, UCLA.
P{A92}LG51 and P{A92}rhoBB02 were isolated in the lab of John
Merriam. The enhancer trap expression of lacZ in both lines is
specific to the R8 eye cell. The expression of P{A92}rhoBB02
begins slightly earlier in development than the expression of
P{A92}LG51. P{A92}LG51 is a third chromosome insertion.
P{A92}rhoBB02 currently appears in FlyBase entry FBti0009169 as
P{lacZ}rhoBB02.
