The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Clement Carre and Christophe Antoniewski, Institut Pasteur (10/05).
CyO, P{ActGFP.w-}CC2 is a P transposase-induced w- derivative of CyO, P{w+mC=ActGFP}JMR1 (FBti0010575 & FBba0000246). It expresses GFP in embryo to adult stages with a weaker expression level and a distinct expression pattern in comparison to the original line.
CyO, P{ActGFP.w-}CC2 is the balancer short name that will be used at Bloomington.
