I have obtained permission from Dr Jimenez to curate this message as a

Dear Dr. Gramates,
Thank you for your message. The sequences of the primers used to generate
the fs(1)ph rescue construct are as follows:
Primer 1: 5'-ctagctgcgtgactcactcg-3'
Primer 2: 5'-ccttcgaggacgtggctagc-3'
The transformation plasmid was made by digesting the PCR product with
Eco47III and NheI, and cloning the resulting 8-kb fragment in pCaSpeR4
digested with HpaI and XbaI.
Please do not hesitate to contact me again if you need further
clarifications.
With best wishes,
Gerardo Jimenez
