The following information accompanied stocks sent to the Bloomington Stock Center by John Roote, University of Cambridge (2/07).
The information was provided to John Roote by Yuri Sedkov, Thomas Jefferson University.
mRpL16A, mRpL16B, mRpL16C and mRpL16D are EMS mutations isolated in the screen described in Sedkov et al., "Molecular genetic analysis of the Drosophila trithorax-related gene which encodes a novel SET domain protein", Mechanisms of Development 82: 171-179, 1999.  In the paper, mRpL16 was referred to as D15.
P{trr+t12}2 is the second chromosome insertion used in the screen.  In the paper, it was shown as a second chromosome insertion under the synonym P<up>R2, w+ with no insertion identifier.
