Subject: FB Help Mailer: 388 Gene data (problem or question)
 comments:    We noticed that the protein name for gene CG6743 is incorrect in FLYBASE.  It is listed as Nup170, but it is clearly Nup107, a well-conserved nuclear pore complex component.
    This can be seen immediately by a BLAST of the fly sequence.  We am sure that the origin of the error is a simple inversion during typing.
