The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Pascal Heitzler, University of Strasbourg.
P{UAS-5-HT2.DCIII} is a P{UAST} construct carrying a 4.5 kb 5-HT2 (FBgn0013743) cDNA with a deletion of the region encoding the third cytoplasmic loop.
P{UAS-5-HT2.DCIII}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertion.
The construct and insertion originated in the laboratory of Luc Maroteaux.
