Hi--
We've encountered a problem with the insertion P{UASp-YFP.Rab27.Q74L}w07 (http://flybase.org/reports/FBti0100864.html). The insertion maps to chromosome 2 based on segregation of the miniwhite marker from a second chromosome balancer in crosses. It's likely that the mapping of the insertion to the w gene based on flanking sequence came from some sort of rearrangement of the construct upon transposition. We have no information about the expression of Rab27 protein. Please make the appropriate changes to the insertion entry and rename the insertion P{UASp-YFP.Rab27.Q74L}07.
