The following information was provided to the Bloomington Stock Center by Andy Bassett, University of Cambridge.
P{UAS-ttk.69.HA} expresses the 69 kDa ttk isoform with a C-terminal HA tag under UAS control.
P{UAS-ttk.69.HA}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-ttk.69.K317R.HA} expresses the 69 kDa ttk isoform with a C-terminal HA tag and a K317R amino acid substitution under UAS control. The K317R change removes the single SUMO modification site in the protein. P{UAS-ttk.69.K317R.HA} is identical to P{UAS-ttk.69.HA} except for the K317R modification.
P{UAS-ttk.69.K317R.HA}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
