The following information was provided by Susan Parkhurst, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
P{UASp-Myo10A.ChRFP} (FBtp0036870) encodes a fusion of Myo10A and monomeric RFP, not Cherry RFP as described in FBrf0200619. Consequently, the construct name should be changed to P{UASp-Myo10A.RFP} with P{UASp-Myo10A.ChRFP} retained as a synonym. The following insertions should be renamed accordingly:

P{UASp-Myo10A.ChRFP}22 (FBti0100570)
