Df(3R)FDD-0317950 was isolated as a FLP recombinase induced deletion between PBac{WH}CG11859f03457 (FBti0051249) and P{XP}d06042 (FBti0056014). The deletion breakpoints predicted from the Release 5 genomic coordinates of the precursor insertions are  3R:21092436 ;21118719 and the cytological breakpoints predicted from these coordinates are 96C8;96D1.
