FlyBase does not have a sequence location for BG02165a (FBti0017686), perhaps because the flanking sequence is short (28 nt) and the terminal nucleotide does not align with genomic sequence.  Based on the alignment of the other 27 nucleotides, the R5 location is  X:9444918  (minus strand). I checked the sequence chromatogram and the sequence is high quality.
