The 3' and 5' flanks of PL00084 (GenBank CZ559506 and CZ55907) map 26 kb apart, at  3R:13 ,001,753 and  3R:13 ,027,676 (release 5). This could represent two insertions or a single insertion associated with a deletion -- it's impossible to distinguish based on the inverse PCR data alone. Both vector ends look canonical.
