The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Gunter Merdes, ETH Zurich.
P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls} is composed of the lexA operator upstream of two hrGFP ("humanized recombinant" GFP) proteins linked by a protein linker containing a nuclear localization signal.
P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}2a is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome. P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}2a may be the same as P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}2b.
P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}2b is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome. P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}2b may be the same as P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}2a.
P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}3a is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome. P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}3a may be the same as P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}3b.
P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}3b is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome. P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}3b may be the same as P{lexA-2xhrGFP.nls}3a.
