The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Joe Lipsick, Stanford University (3/2010).
pP{Ubi-mRFP.nls} was constructed by swapping the coding sequence of mRFP for the coding sequence for GFP in pP{Ubi-GFP.nls} (FBmc0001338).
Three insertions of P{Ubi-mRFP.nls} include:
P{Ubi-mRFP.nls}1, a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X chromosome insertion
P{Ubi-mRFP.nls}3L, a homozygous viable and fertile, 3L insertion
P{Ubi-mRFP.nls}3R, a homozygous viable and fertile, 3R insertion
