Dp(1;Y)BSC157 was isolated in the screen described in Cook et al. (2010) "Generating Y-linked X chromosome duplications for region 15F to 17C" (/reports/FBrf0209983.html).  In that report, we failed to include Dp(1;Y)BSC157 in the count of Dp(1;Y) chromosomes recovered; the actual count is 9 duplications from 163,000 progeny screened.  Dp(1;Y)BSC157 has the breakpoints    X:17805012..17995075 ;18400974 (Release 5) with predicted cytological positions 16F2-6;17C1.
