The CTCF30 allele is a partial deletion of the 5' end of the EPgy2 element inserted in CTCFEY15833.  EY15833 is inserted at +26 (relative to the CTCF transcription start) and flanking genomic sequences in the CTCF30 partial deletion are intact - only EPgy2 sequences are gone.
