The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Carol Singh and Matt Mahoney of Vitruvean, Inc.
P{UAS-PSEN2.Exel} was made by Exelixis, Inc and consists of human Presenilin 2 (PSEN2) under the control of UAS in the P{Express-UAS} vector (FBtp0012992).
P{UAS-PSEN2.Exel}7b is an insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-PSEN2.M239V.Exel} was made by Exelixis, Inc and consists of human Presenilin 2 (PSEN2) carrying the familial Alzheimer's mutation M239V under the control of UAS in the P{Express-UAS} vector (FBtp0012992).
P{UAS-PSEN2.M239V.Exel}2b is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
