P{lz-lacZ.LMEE}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile, third chromosome insertion.  The stock was provided to the Bloomington Stock Center by Raghavendra Chavourkar and Utpal Banerjee, University of California at Los Angeles.  The insertion was mapped in Bloomington by segregation from dominant autosomal marker mutations.
