The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by the Transgenic RNAi Project (TRiP - http://www.flyrnai.org/TRiP-HOME.html).
P{UAS-GFP.VALIUM10} consists of GFP under the control of UAS in the VALIUM10 vector (FBmc0003016). Can be used as a control for VALIUM10- or VALIUM20-based constructs.
P{UAS-GFP.VALIUM10}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion into the attP2 site (68A4, 3L:11063638 ) on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-mCherry.VALIUM10} consists of the mCherry form of RFP under the control of UAS in the VALIUM10 vector (FBmc0003016). Can be used as a control for VALIUM10- or VALIUM20-based constructs.
P{UAS-mCherry.VALIUM10}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion into the attP2 site (68A4, 3L:11063638 ) on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-LUC.VALIUM10} consists of firefly Luciferase (Ppyr\LUC; FBgn0014448) under the control of UAS in the VALIUM10 vector (FBmc0003016). Can be used as a control for VALIUM10- or VALIUM20-based constructs.
P{UAS-LUC.VALIUM10}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion into the attP2 site (68A4, 3L:11063638 ) on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-LUC.VALIUM1} consists of firefly Luciferase (Ppyr\LUC; FBgn0014448) under the control of UAS in the VALIUM1 vector (FBmc0003033).
P{UAS-LUC.VALIUM1}attP2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion into the attP2 site (68A4, 3L:11063638 ) on the third chromosome.
