The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Jim Mason, National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences.
P{joc-RT} expresses the jockey transposable element reverse transcriptase jockey\pol. 
P{TART-RT} expresses the TART transposable element reverse transcriptase TART-element\pol.
P{TART-RT}attP2 and P{joc-RT}attP2 are homozygous viable and fertile insertions into P{CaryP}attP2 at 68A4,  3L:11063638  (R5).  In both cases, a miniwhite-containing FRT cassette was removed from a progenitor insertion by FLP-mediated recombination.
