The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Andrew Wilde, University of Toronto.
P{UASp-mRFP-scra} is a construct similar to P{UASp-GFP-scra} (FBtp0040168) with the substitution of mRFP sequence for GFP sequence.
P{UASp-mRFP-scra}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertion.
