Nonsense mutation Vha100-15 and the two splice mutants Vha100-11 and Vha100-14 are all G->A mutation, circled in yellow in the included picture. The two lower case black g's are the splice mutations (Vha100-11 first), the capital red G (within a Trp codon) when mutated to A leads to STOP.
