P{Raeppli-CAAX}10 is a homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X chromosome insertion. Unlike P{Raeppli-CAAX} insertions described in Kanca et al. (2014) Development 141: 472-480, the insertion identifier "10" does not refer to the cytological position of the insertion. The insertion has yet to be mapped within the X chromosome.
