The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Lucas Sanchez, Centro de Investigaciones Biologicas, CSIC.
P{UAS-Scop-dsx.F} expresses the female-specific doublesex isoform of Sciara coprophila under UAS control.
P{UAS-Scop-dsx.M} expresses the male-specific doublesex isoform of Sciara coprophila under UAS control.
P{UAS-Scop-dsx.mg} expresses a minigene under UAS control composed of the complete exons E2, E3 and E4, and 276 bp from the 3' end of common exon E1 of the Sciara coprophila doublesex gene, together with their adjacent intron sequences plus all the necessary sequences required for splicing.
P{UAS-Scop-dsx.M}2 and P{UAS-Scop-dsx.mg}2 are second chromosome insertions.
P{UAS-Scop-dsx.F}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
