P{3xP3-RFP.KDRT}82F7 was isolated following Recombinase-Mediated Cassette Exchange of a progenitor plasmid described in Awasaki et al. (2014; FBrf0224529) with P{UASTP2}82F (FBti0076593) located in band 82F7.
P{KDRT.A}82F7 was derived from P{3xP3-RFP.KDRT}82F7 by KD recombinase-mediated excision of the KDRT-3xP3-RFP-KDRT cassette.
