The following information was provided to the Bloomington Stock Center by Chun-Yuan Ting, National Institute of Child Health and Human Development.
P{ort-GAL4.C1a}2 and P{ort-VP16.C2b.AD}2 are second chromosome insertions.
P{ort-GAL4.C1a}3 is a third chromosome insertion.
All three insertions were isolated following P transposase-mediated chromosomal insertion. The attB sequence in the constructs was not used for transformation.
