P{UAS-mRFP.ena} is identical to P{UAS-ena.GFP} (http://flybase.org/reports/FBtp0039999.html) except for the substitution of mRFP sequences for GFP sequences. In both cases, the fluorescent tag is appended to the N terminus of ena.
P{UAS-mRFP.ena}1 is an X chromosome insertion.
