The following information was provided to the Bloomington Stock Center by Jessica Treisman, NYU School of Medicine.
Trap1Delta4 was isolated in the screen described in Carrera et al. (2008; FBrf0207089) following imprecise excision of P{EPgy2}Trap1EY10238 (FBti0039986). The entire coding sequence and part of the 5' UTR were deleted. The sequence deleted is shown below:
