Available information indicates that P{PZ}Dl05151 (FBti0004778) is on the minus strand.
Available flanking sequence (from the 5' end - http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nucgss/AQ073325) blasts from  3R:19326220  to 19326403 (release 6.03), which is on the rightside (centromere distal) of the insertion site at  3R:19326218 .  This indicates that the insertion is on the minus strand (this interpretation has been confirmed by Bob Levis and Roger Hoskins of the GDP). The minus strand orientation has been confirmed by PCR and sequencing of the 5’ end of P{PZ}Dl05151 and flanking genomic sequence.  PCR primers and sequence are available upon request.
