M{UASp-mCherry.Eb1.DN} expresses a dominant-negative form of Eb1 consisting of amino acids 83-285 tagged at the N-terminus with mCherry under the control of UASp sequences. It consists of sequences from P{Eb1-DN-mCherry} (/reports/FBtp0089741.html) recloned into an attB-based UASp vector.
M{UASp-mCherry.Eb1.DN}ZH-51D is an insertion into M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-51D at 51D9, 2R:10941803 (R5).
