The following information was provided to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Robert Levis of the Gene Disruption Project in response to a question about the location of insertion KG07468 (FBti0023614) with respect to CG17163 and CG17168 (coordinates are r6): "RE KG07468: I checked the sequencing traces to find the exact insertion site. It is  X:23082735 (+). This actually places it at -3 with respect to CG17168. So I don't think that FlyBase would consider it an allele of either CG17163 or CG17168, while the GDP would consider it as a hit in both genes."
