The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Helena Richardson, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.
P{UAS-geminin.Q}43 is a homozygous viable insertion on the second chromosome (see Materials and Methods in FBrf0211319).
P{UAS-GFP.geminin} carries geminin tagged at the N-terminus with GFP under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-GFP.geminin}M2 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-geminin.DeltaCoil} carries geminin deleted for the coil-coil domain under the control of UAS.
P{UAS-geminin.DeltaCoil}M17 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
P{UAS-geminin.DeltaD} carries geminin with a mutated destruction (D) box under the control of UAS. This should result in increased protein stability and produce stronger phenotypes than expression of the wildtype protein.
P{UAS-geminin.DeltaD}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-geminin.DeltaD.DeltaKEN} carries geminin with mutated destruction (D) and KEN boxes under the control of UAS. This should result in increased protein stability and produce stronger phenotypes than expression of the wildtype protein.
P{UAS-geminin.DeltaD.DeltaKEN}M7 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the third chromosome.
P{UAS-geminin.DeltaKEN} carries geminin with a mutated KEN box under the control of UAS. This should result in increased protein stability and produce stronger phenotypes than expression of the wildtype protein.
P{UAS-geminin.DeltaKEN}F3 is a homozygous viable and fertile insertion on the second chromosome.
